Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a mobile detailing service from Delightful Desert Detailing ("we", "us"). By booking, you agree to them. Email nathan@desertautodetail.com if anything is unclear.

What you agree to provide

Accurate vehicle and contact information; reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time; and access to water and power at the service location unless we've arranged otherwise. Mobile service requires roughly a parking-space worth of room and a working spigot and outlet within a reasonable distance.

Estimates, condition, and final pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us up front and are subject to the actual condition of the vehicle. Heavy biological soiling, smoke saturation, pet damage, heavy paint decontamination beyond a stated package, oversized vehicles, or anything else materially different from the booking will require an adjusted quote. We will always discuss adjustments with you and get your okay before continuing — never after.

Scheduling, weather, and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling whenever you can. Severe weather (heavy monsoon, dust storm, extreme heat warnings) may force us to reschedule for safety; we'll do that with as much notice as possible at no charge.

Work scope and pre-existing condition

Detailing is restorative cleaning and protection — not repair. Pre-existing paint defects, deep scratches, dents, interior tears, mechanical issues, and long-term sun damage may not be fully removed by a detail. Where appropriate we'll show you the limit of what's possible before we start. Our liability for incidental issues is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Gift cards

Gift cards do not expire, are not redeemable for cash, and may be used toward any Delightful Desert Detailing service. Treat them like cash — replacements are not issued for lost or stolen cards.

Photos

We sometimes take before-and-after photos of work for our portfolio. We will not publish anything that identifies you or your license plate. Tell us in advance if you'd prefer no photos at all and we'll honor that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute that isn't resolved by talking it through goes to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
