This page explains what Delightful Desert Detailing ("we", "us") does with the information you share on this website. We aim for plain language. Email nathan@desertautodetail.com with any question.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, ask a question, or book a service, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone, email, vehicle, and a brief description of the service you want. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment-card numbers or sensitive personal information through the website.

When you visit any page, our hosting provider receives standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful; GA4 sets cookies and may collect a hashed identifier and approximate location. You can opt out by using your browser's tracking-prevention settings or Google's GA opt-out .

How we use it

We use what you send to reply, schedule, deliver, and follow up on your service. If you've asked us to, we'll send appointment reminders by text or email. We may use a third-party form-routing service (e.g. Zapier or Make), an SMS provider (e.g. Twilio), and an email provider (e.g. Resend) to handle those messages. Each of those operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records as long as we have an active or recently-active service relationship, plus a reasonable period for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes. Email nathan@desertautodetail.com any time to ask us to delete your information; we'll confirm when it's done.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Arizona residents have additional rights under applicable state law. Reach out to nathan@desertautodetail.com and we'll honor those requests promptly.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Updates

When we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. The current version is the one in effect.
