What areas of the Greater Phoenix Area do you serve?

We're based in Glendale, AZ and serve Peoria, North Phoenix, and most of the Greater Phoenix Area. If you're a little outside that core zone, call us — we travel farther than the map suggests.
Is mobile detailing as good as shop detailing?

Yes — and often better, because we're focused on your vehicle alone instead of on a shop assembly line. The variable that drives quality isn't the location; it's whether the detailer is meticulous. We bring our hoses, pressure washer, and professional product — all we need from you is a working outdoor hose bib and a power outlet — and we work in your driveway or office lot at the same pace and care a high quality shop would. The benefit is that you don't lose half a day driving across town and waiting in a lobby — and in a Phoenix summer, that matters.
Do I need to provide anything for the appointment?

Mainly power, and sometimes water. We bring everything else — hoses, pressure washer, our own power cords and lights for nighttime jobs, professional product, and every tool we need. For any interior detail we always need an available power outlet within reach of the parked vehicle. Water access is case-by-case: sometimes we need a working outdoor hose bib (spigot), sometimes we don't — we'll sort that out when you call. If you're in an apartment, a community where the only hose bibs are gated off, or another spot where power or water could be an issue, let us know when you call and we'll work out the setup before we book.
How should I prepare my vehicle before your arrival?

Just pull personal items out of the cabin and trunk so we can reach every surface. Heavy amounts of trash, pet hair, or biohazards may require a small add-on — we'll flag it before we start, never after.
How much does mobile detailing cost? And will the price change?

Express details start at $99. Full Service Interior or Full Service Exterior is $249 each. The Full Service Detail (interior plus exterior in one visit) is $449 — saves $50 over booking the two tiers separately. Premium is $749 for interior or exterior, $1,399 for the combined drop-off Premium Full Detail. Specialty vehicles start at $99 (golf carts) and go up by vehicle. Starting prices are for a sedan or coupe in average condition. If your vehicle is larger, or in heavier condition than that, we'll quote the adjusted number before we start the job — never after. There is no travel surcharge anywhere within our normal Greater Phoenix Area service zone.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, a personal or business check, or a card. We add a 3.5% processing fee to card payments to cover what the processor charges; cash and check have no fee. Either way, payment is collected once we're done and you've walked around the vehicle with us.
Can you remove pet hair, stains, or odors?

Yes — pet hair, stains, and odors are some of the most common interior issues we handle. We've seen worse than whatever you're dealing with, and we've fixed it. Light pet hair is included in our Full Service Interior tier; severe cases (years of build-up, multiple long-haired pets) take an add-on, quoted up front before we start, because they take real time to extract properly. We always tell you the add-on price before we start, never after.
What if my car is really dirty? I'm honestly embarrassed about the condition.

We've seen worse, and we've fixed it. Pet hair embedded for years, stains nobody could get out, smells you can't pin down, kid messes that have built up since the car was new — none of it surprises us. There is genuinely no judgment here. The worse it is when we open the door, the more rewarding it is for us when you open the door at the end and the cabin actually feels like your car again. Severe condition sometimes needs a small add-on (heavy pet hair, biohazard, smoke saturation) — we'll always tell you the price before we start, never after.
