"Courteous and professional. As a remodeling contractor, my 2021 Highlander had become quite familiar with various forms of dust and dirt, and some other forms of mysterious.....goo. "Nathan is just starting off and he did an amazing job on my car. I haven't ever had it professionally cleaned and detailed. I have 2 Golden Retrievers and 1 Bulldog. There was so much dog hair in my car (black carpets) that I was embarrassed to give anyone a ride. In addition to the hair my youngest Retriever runs out to greet me when I get home and has scratched both sides of my car. Really bad on the driver's side, not so bad on the passenger side. How long does a typical mobile detailing service take?
As short as 90 minutes for an Express Interior or Express Exterior Detail, and up to 12 hours for a Premium Full Detail — it depends on the package, the size of the vehicle, and its current condition. Call or text us and we'll give you an exact time estimate for the service you're considering.
Can you remove pet hair, stains, or odors?
Yes — pet hair, stains, and odors are some of the most common interior issues we handle. We've seen worse than whatever you're dealing with, and we've fixed it. Light pet hair is included in our Full Service Interior tier; severe cases (years of build-up, multiple long-haired pets) take an add-on, quoted up front before we start, because they take real time to extract properly. We always tell you the add-on price before we start, never after.
What if my car is really dirty? I'm honestly embarrassed about the condition.
We've seen worse, and we've fixed it. Pet hair embedded for years, stains nobody could get out, smells you can't pin down, kid messes that have built up since the car was new — none of it surprises us. There is genuinely no judgment here. The worse it is when we open the door, the more rewarding it is for us when you open the door at the end and the cabin actually feels like your car again. Severe condition sometimes needs a small add-on (heavy pet hair, biohazard, smoke saturation) — we'll always tell you the price before we start, never after.
Are your products safe for all vehicle surfaces?
Yes. The products we use are safe on every standard vehicle surface, environmentally friendly, and free of harsh VOCs and irritating chemicals. This is part of what sets us apart as a premium detailer — many lower-cost detailers use products that leave greasy residue or overpowering smells. Our products are chosen to leave the vehicle genuinely clean and fresh, not artificially perfumed (unless you request an optional scent).
Can you remove water spots or minor scratches?
Surface sprinkler and hard-water spots usually lift right off with decontamination and a fresh seal — that's an add-on we offer. Swirl marks and scratches that have cut into the paint are a different job: that's machine correction, which we don't do in-house, so we'll point you to a dedicated correction specialist. Deeper scratches past the clear coat need a body shop. Either way, we inspect first and tell you honestly which category your paint falls into before you spend a dollar.
